  • If you have only one name on a document, such as a passport, please advise the agent in advance to facilitate a seamless and hassle-free booking.
  • Any fees incurred due to name correction are the customer’s responsibility and will not be charged to Last Minute Flights to India.

Total Fare – This includes the base cost, fuel, and airport fees, as well as any other applicable taxes and fees, such as Last Minute Flights to India’s service charge. However, it does not include prices for optional services such as baggage check-in, special assistance, and early seat selection.

  • Your authorization for the total charge expresses your consent to charge the agreed-upon amount in multiple splits, including but not limited to airline, ARC, Last Minute Flights to India, agent fees, and so on.
  • Last Minute Flights to India cannot guarantee seat requests, meal requests, or requests for special assistance, such as a wheelchair or bassinet. These requests are only accepted.
  • Airlines’ baggage allowance varies depending on the type of ticket and destination, so making assumptions regarding baggage allowance is not permitted. As a result, please confirm the baggage allowance before booking your reservation.
  • Tickets are not guaranteed until they have been paid in full. The e-ticket may take up to 12 hours to arrive at the email address you registered after your card payment has been processed.
  • The traveler is responsible for obtaining the requisite visas for both the ultimate destination and the transit cities. At no time will Last Minute Flights to India be liable for any losses caused by a lack of valid travel documentation.

  • Only fare limitations apply to reservation changes. Last Minute Flights to India accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by booking revisions that are forbidden by the airline or pricing limits. Thus, read the booking terms and conditions attentively to ensure accuracy during the booking procedure.
  • We recommend purchasing changeable tickets, which may be more expensive in some situations, to avoid losing all of your money due to last-minute adjustments. Changes are subject to seat availability, and any fare difference in addition to the change and service costs may be charged.

Non-Refundable/No-Show: Since we normally deal with negotiated and discounted prices, the majority of tickets are non-refundable unless you specifically request a refundable ticket when booking. There are no refunds for excursions that are only partially or never used.

  • Please offer at least 72 hours notice for flight modifications, date changes, or cancellations. Fees may increase for flights with less notice.

  • Each airline sets its limits, rules, and charges. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (such as cancellation or rescheduling), forcing the customer to change the other itinerary, the customer may be responsible for any penalties or ticket fees incurred in making changes to the unaffected route.
