- The cost is determined by the number of available seats and can’t be done until the ticket is confirmed.
- The fee and all other taxes are included in the list of expenses provided above.

TERMS OF THE AIRLINES
- The airline tickets available on the Website are subject to the respective airline’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to cancellation and refund policies.
- Last Minute Flights to India just acts as a facilitator, allowing you to book a flight. The contract of service for the flight is always between the User and the relevant airline.

Last Minute Flights to India, as a facilitator, has no control or influence over the airlines’ logistics and is thus not liable for any direct or incidental loss caused by the User as a result of such flight change or cancellation.
- Different tickets on the same airline may include different restrictions, features, and costs.
- The airline determines the baggage allowance for a certain fare, and Last Minute Flights to India play no role in this. Some of the costs displayed in the booking flow are “hand baggage fares,” which do not include free check-in baggage, thus the User must pay an additional fee for check-in baggage. PRICING
- The total price listed on the Website’s payment page often includes the base rate, applicable government taxes, and a convenience fee. Users are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of their booking(s). If the User does not pay the full amount, Last Minute Flights to India reserves the right to cancel the booking. The user agrees to pay all applicable taxes, surcharges, and fees on the date of travel.
- To qualify for baby pricing, the child’s age must be less than 24 months along the journey. This includes both onward and return trips. If the infant is 24 months or older on the return trip, the User must make a separate booking and pay the kid’s cost. According to airline policy, all infants and children must be accompanied by an adult.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- It is the User’s exclusive obligation to ensure that they have proper travel documents such as identity proof, passport, visa (including transit visa), etc. before embarking on the journey.
- The user agrees that Last Minute Flights to India will not be held liable if they are unable to travel owing to a lack of necessary travel documentation.
- The user understands that any information provided by Last Minute Flights to India regarding travel papers is only advisory and cannot be considered definitive. The User must check the travel regulations with the airlines in the jurisdictions through which the User may transit or choose to visit.

CHANGES TO EXISTING BOOKING
